• Take Exit 115 turn right onto Highway 12/27 off the exit ramp
• Continue to go straight on Highway 12/27, staying in the right hand lane
• Make the 1st right hand turn onto County Road A
• Go 4 blocks and turn left onto Forrest Street
• Continue on Forrest Street 2 blocks and make a right turn onto W. Adams Street
• Go a block and a half, Krohn Clinic will be on your left hand side

• Take Exit 116 and turn left onto Highway 54/Main Street
• Continue to go straight through the 1st traffic light
• Merge into the right hand lane if you have not done so already
• You will approach the next traffic light at the intersection of Highway 12/27 and Highway 54
• Continue straight through the traffic light and cross the bridge
• Make a right hand turn onto Highway 12/27/Water Street
• Go 3 blocks and make a left hand turn onto W. Jefferson Street
• Go 4 blocks and make a right hand turn onto Forrest Street
• Go 2 blocks and turn left onto W. Adams Street
• Go a block and a half, Krohn Clinic will be on your left hand side

• As you approach Black River Falls you will cross a bridge going over the interstate (I94)
• Merge into the right hand lane
• Make the 1st right hand turn onto county Road A
• Go 4 blocks and make a left hand turn onto Forrest Street
• Go 3 blocks and turn right onto W. Adams Street
• Go a block and a half, Krohn Clinic will be on your left hand side

• As you enter Black River Falls on Highway 27, it will connect with Highway 12
• Go straight and stay in the left hand lane, until you come to the traffic light
• Make a left hand turn onto Highway 54/Main Street and merge into the right hand lane
• Make a right hand turn onto Highway 12/27 / Water Street, Merge into the left hand lane
• Go 3 blocks and make a left hand turn onto W. Jefferson Street
• Go 4 blocks and make a right hand turn onto Forrest Street
• Go 2 blocks and turn left onto W. Adams Street
• Go a block and a half, Krohn Clinic will be on your left hand side

• As you enter the city of Black River Falls you will approach a stop sign where Highway 54 and Main Street come together
• At this intersection where Highway 54 and Main Street connect turn right
• Go about 2 blocks and make a left hand turn onto 8th Street
• Go 4 blocks until you come to the stop sign and then continue to go straight
• After that intersection take the next right hand turn which will be W. Adams Street
• Turn onto W. Adams Street and Krohn Clinic will be on your right hand side.

• As you enter the city of Black River Falls
• Continue to go straight on Highway 54/Main Street through the first 2 traffic lights
• Merge into the right hand lane if you have not already done so
• You will approach the next traffic light at the intersections of Highway 12/27 and Highway 54
• Continue straight through the traffic light and cross the bridge
• Make a right hand turn onto Highway 12/27 / Water Street
• Merge into the left hand lane
• Go 3 blocks and make a left hand turn onto W. Jefferson Street
• Go 4 blocks and make a right hand turn onto Forrest Street
• Go 2 blocks and turn left onto W. Adams Street
• Go a block and a half, Krohn Clinic will be on your left hand side
