Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)

Candidate is responsible for specimen processing, test performance and reporting test results, proficiency testing, quality control, instrument maintenance and validation, and testing validation. Testing performed will include waived, moderate and high complexity tests. Candidate will perform specimen collection as necessary. This individual must be organized and have excellent interpersonal communication skills.

  • Requirements for this position include:
  • Associate Degree in Science or equivalent required
  • CLT (NCA), MLT (ASCP) or equivalent certification.
  • Graduates who are Registry eligible may be considered for employment, prior to receiving ASCP or equivalent certification.
  • Laboratory equipment operation skills required.

    Position is full-time Monday - Friday, first shift, with an excellent benefit package available.
