About This Physician: Originally from Eau Claire, Dr. Kellen has practiced at the Krohn Clinic since 1990. Dr. Kellen continues to enjoy seeing patients every morning while concentrating on clinic administration in the afternoon as the clinic president. He practices the full range of Family Medicine with the exception of Obstetrics, with special interest in flight medicine (class 1 AME). He and his wife Kari have one married son and two grandsons. Dr. Kellen and Kari enjoy spending time together with their church activities and bible studies, while frequenting the local sporting and cultural events. Through the years he has coached and officiated youth basketball, baseball, and soccer, while also teaching youth and adult bible classes and vacation bible school in addition to numerous roles at church. Academically, Dr. Kellen has served the American Board of Family Medicine in development of their passing standard for the 2011 MC-FP (Maintenance of Certification – Family Practice) Examination. He also currently assists Healthland in development of their EMR (Electronic Medical Record) as a member of their Physician Council.
