Those at high risk especially Should Receive Flu Vaccine: Persons over 55; Persons with chronic health conditions (COPD, asthma, diabetes) or adults and children who have required regular medical follow-up or hospitalization during the preceding year because of chronic diseases or conditions; children age 6-23 months; Persons caring for children and adults at increased risk of complications from flu like illness; Pregnant women who will be in their 2nd or 3rd trimester during the flu season; Children or adults who have any condition that may compromise handling respiratory secretions.
